Buffet Party Stations
Carving Station:
Your choice of carved Top Sirloin, Roasted Turkey or
Honey Baked Ham. Carving station includes petite
rolls, mayonnaise, mustard & horseradish sauce.
Pasta Sauté Bar:
Exhibition style catering by our professional chefs.
The pasta bar includes choice pasta, grilled chicken,
bay shrimp, fresh chopped roma tomatoes, parmesan
cheese, assorted vegetables, italian sausage, marinara
& roasted garlic cream sauce.
Russian Potato Bar:
Steamed petite red potato cups filled with vodka (vodka
optional), sour cream and topped with caviar. These
fun-filled h'ors d'oeuvres are made to order.
Fish Taco Bar:
Baja style fish tacos made fresh and served with
cabbage, shredded cheese, cilantro, salsa fresca, and
our own delicious dressing.
Nacho Bar:
Crispy corn chips, spicy cheese sauce, diced tomatoes,
green onions, black olives, jalapenos, taco meat,
guacamole, salsa, cilantro, beans and sour cream.
Quesadilla Bar:
Your guests will enjoy quesadillas made to order.
Toppings include grilled chicken, blended cheeses,
jalapenos, salsa, black beans and freshly chopped
tomatoes.
Mini Rueben Sandwich Station:
Mini rueben sandwiches filled with pastrami, swiss
cheese, sauerkraut, and thousand island dressing.
Grilled by our station chef and served hot.
Champagne Cocktail Potato Bar:
Garlic herb whipped potatoes, served with choice
toppings sautéed mushrooms, green onions, real
bacon
bits, shredded cheese, glazed red onions and chicken
gravy.
Super Salad Bar:
The salad bar includes a wonderful mix of assorted
greens, grilled chicken, tomatoes, sprouts, carrots,
garbanzo beans, black olives, croutons, grated cheese,
baby corn, artichoke hearts, choice of dressings and
baskets of freshly baked rolls and butter.
Paella Station:
Paella made on site and served directly to your guest
with the aroma of Sevilla Spain. Paella includes
fresh shrimp, chicken, scallops, calamari, chorizo
sausage, peppers and real saffron.
Dessert Lovers and Coffee Station:
Cheesecake, chocolate mousse, royal raspberry-white
chocolate, carrot cake, fudge brownies, cookies and
more.
Beverage Station:
Designed for your occasion and choice of
