Ken Coley

Chef Coley originally hails from Virginia and has been a part of our community for twenty years. Ken received his diploma in Culinary Arts from Hawaii Culinary Academy in 1983. He then attended Mesa College in San Diego and completed a five year apprenticeship with Sheraton hotels. He received a full scholorship to California Polytechnic State University, graduating with honors and receiving his B.S. in Hotel Restaurant Management.

Ken is a Special Events Professional and has owned and operated his own catering business for seven years - San Diego Catering Concepts - and recently opened the O'Bistro, a delicious and unique dining experience.

Chef Coley has received numerous awards over the years, including the Emerging Business Award from the San Diego Chamber of Commerce in 1999.
